 Deputy Chief Rick Moore |
Rick worked as a Salinas Police Reserve Officer from 1975 to 1977. He started full time in 1977. He has worked in all three divisions during the past 25 years. During that time he has supervised various units in Patrol, Investigations, Personnel and Training, Special Operations, and S.W.A.T. He graduated from Alisal High School in 1970. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a graduate of the Supervisory Leadership Institute and Command College, both dealing with advanced skill development for law enforcement supervisors and managers. Deputy Chief Moore is currently responsible for both the Administration Division and the Investigations Division. |
