A 20-year old male was driving on Sherwood Dr. with a grey Mitsubishi Galant following. 2-3 shots were fired from the suspect vehicle. The victim was struck once in the shoulder but injuries are not considered life-threatening. The victim underwent surgery at a local hospital to remove the bullet and is expected to be released soon. The motive for the shooting is unknown and the victim does not appear to have gang ties. Police are asking for the public's help as no witnesses called in.
