The intended victim was in front of a residence when one of two suspects dressed in all black shot at him multiple times. An uninvolved 19-year-old female inside of the home was struck by a stray bullet. She received a non-life threatening wound was was taken to a local hospital. No. The Salinas Municipal Code  prohibits any fowl or livestock to be kept as pets. This includes pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, etc. Roosters are especially bothersome because of the noise they create and the fact they are sometimes used for cockfights and gambling.
