Report #: 15-051497

Date: Thursday, 5/28/2015

Time: 8:20 PM

Location: 1100 block of Del Monte Ave

Two suspects confronted two males ages 20 and 21 in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Both suspects fired at the victims. The 20-year old suffered a grazing wound to his stomach and one round entered his abdomen. He was taken to a local trauma center but the injuries don't appear to be life threatening. The 21-year old was not struck. The suspects fled in a grey or blue Altima. They drove onto a nearby street and one suspect may have entered a white Chevrolet Suburban before both drove away. The motive for the shooting is unknown and investigators are still trying to determine if the shooting is gang related.
