Location: 45 Sherwood Dr.
Much of this information was already broadcast by the media. This is a summary of the entire incident:
The owner of 45 Sherwood Dr. sent two workers to the vacant residence to get it ready for rental. The workers were inside when they were confronted by Delbert Robles (27). Robles identified himself as the tenant and told them to leave. He then brandished a handgun at the victims, who left the house and called police. A responding officer arrived quickly and saw the front door close. Believing Robles was still inside, a perimeter was established around the residence, and Robles was hailed to come out. After no response, the SWAT team was called. After several more hours, teargas was deployed. With still no response, SWAT officers made entry and determined Robles was not inisde the residence. It appears he fled out the back door moments before the perimeter was established. Robles, who was previously a tenant, did not have permission to be inside. He is wanted for brandishing a weapon, trespassing, and violation of probation.
