Officers responded to a call of shots fired with a man down. Officers arrived on scene and saw people rendering aid to Ramon Herrera (44). Herrera had been shot multiple times in the upper torso. Paramedics arrived on scene and determined Herrera was deceased.  Of the numerous people that witnessed the shooting, only one person came forward with their account of what they believed took place. Three hispanic males confront a white male on Market Way. There was a verbal argument that appeared to be escalating to a fight. The white male pulled out a gun, and began firing at the victim.  After shooting the victim, the suspect ran westbound on Market Way and jumped the fence onto the train tracks.  No clear description was given of the suspect.
