Incident: Public Intoxication, False Identification to Police, Violation of Probation

Officers responded to a disturbance call at Jaime's Bar located in the 200 block of Salinas St. Arriving officers observed a group of individuals arguing in the rear parking lot. As officers approached the group, two ran away and avoided contact. Four other males started to walk away but were detained by police. The investigation revealed the group had been inside the bar drinking and they had become involved in the disturbance which spilled to the rear lot.
Officers also discovered the four were underage and consuming alcoholic beverages at the bar, they all exhibited obvious signs of intoxication. They were identified as Ivan Frias (18), John Gonzalez (19), Angel Ramirez and Mathew Yanez (20), all four were also found to be on probation and were arrested.
Frias provided false information as to his identity to police and was charged accordingly, Frias, Gonzalez, Ramirez and Yanez were charged with public intoxication and violation of probation. All four were transported to county jail and booked on the listed charges.
This incident will be referred to ABC, Alcohol Beverage Control.
