Date: Monday, 12/23/2013

Time: 1:39 AM

Location: 339 Williams (Quick Stop)

The night clerk was working the register at the quick stop when the two suspects entered the store. #1 was described as an HM 5'8” chubby with black collar length hair and a tattoo on his cheek. He was wearing a blue plaid shirt, dark pants, and had something partially covering his face. #2was described as an HM 5'9” with a thin build wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. The victim said that as the two entered the store #1 dropped his gun, picked it up, and then racked the slide causing a live round to eject. He then said to open the registers. #2 jumped over the counter and double checked the registers to make sure the victim was removing all of the money. #1 fired three rounds into the ceiling during the robbery and as the two left, he leveled the gun at the victim's head and hesitated long enough for him to move before firing the gun in the direction he was standing moments earlier.
