At approximately 10:00 PM, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation and calls from community members reporting shots fired on the 100 block of Gardenia Drive. Officers arriving on scene learned a 31-year-old shooting victim had been transported by car to a local hospital. The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and is being treated for potentially life-threatening injuries.

Detectives are currently on scene and investigating.
