Location: 600 Block of E. Alisal Street

A man with a grey beard entered the laundromat with a gun in each hand and robbed three people. The suspect approached a 22 year old male and a 22 year old female and demanded their money. The man handed over his wallet with a small amount of cash, and his cell phone. The suspect then turned to woman who was holding her one-year-old and attempted to rob her but she had nothing. The suspect then moved to a 35 year old man, and when the man showed him his empty wallet the suspect pistol whipped him across the face. The suspect took hiss empty wallet and cell phone and fled westbound on Alisal. Suspect was described as an HMA in his 40's with a grey beard, 5'7”, 170lbs, wearing a grey hoodie, black ski mask, and blue jeans. He was armed with two guns a black semi-auto  and a grey semi-auto in the other. A white PT cruiser may have been involved.

The Salinas Municipal Code  contains noise ordinances that regulate certain kinds of noise.

Generally, noise is divided into four "classes".

• Class A Noise is defined as noise created by equipment operated in the public interest or for emergency or safety purposes. Such equipment includes sirens, street sweepers, garbage trucks, chipper machines, etc. Class A noise is allowed at anytime.
