On February 28, 2019, Detectives from the Salinas Police Department's Investigations Bureau arrested Salvador Mondragon (44) for Sexual Battery after serving a search warrant at his place of business. An 18-year-old male victim contacted the police department stating Mondragon, the owner of Eagle Star Security, had committed sexual battery while Mondragon was 'training” him on searching techniques. Mondragon was arrested by the Salinas Police Department for the same offense in 2014. He received a sentence of probation and must register as a sex offender.

Detectives are unsure if there are other potential victims of Mondragon. If someone has information regarding this case or any other actions of Mondragon, they are asked to contact Detective Kenny Schwener at (831) 758-7276 or at [email protected].
